Trainer & Health Coach
I've been working in the fitness field as a professional trainer for over 15 years in the Los Angeles area. My mission (and passion) is to help individuals like yourself increase fitness and health awareness to those who are looking to either start or continue their fitness journey.

My clients range from youthful 20s to their active 70s. Whether you're a newbie or at an intermediate level with your workout status, a new mom who's needing a confidence boost after giving birth, you're just interested in good health overall when it comes to taking care of your body, you've come to the right place.

I hate exercise BUT I love food and I have absolutely no personal motivation to work out. Candice is the only reason I get a good amount of physical activity in my life. I've worked out with her close to 7 years now and I don't give enough credit to those early years when I could barely run on a treadmill for 10 mins and regularly skipped out on sessions. But the only reason I have strength and stamina, and genuine love for my body, is because of Candice.
